Our Adult Education Center provides short-term training cohorts that prepare residents for entry-level tech jobs. We offer targeted certificate programs in data labeling, social media and website management, remote executive assistants, AI solution development, and AI implementation support. After certification, we actively help place adults into remote roles based in El Salvador, driving the creation of a new industry in our area.

Upon completing certificates, our organization will help place adult residents into entry level placements to work remotely from El Salvador, helping to create a new industry in the area. Most graduates will be employed by our partnering company Grande Data Services which will donate back all of the profit to the school and workforce training.

Financial Model
By hiring trained adults, companies participate in a cycle of impact beneficial for both the companies and the community. Adults will complete valuable work for are partnering companies while also generating revenue for their family and the school. The graduates of the school will provide a high leverage pipeline of fully bilingual and technologically capable employees for long term growth.
New Future for Families
Our comprehensive approach provides both short term and long term benefits for families. Our workforce initiative will provide immediate relief to the immigration crisis in the area through job creation. This project will promote whole families by providing work for adults and high quality education for children. Instead of facing choice to migrate to provide for families, adults in the area can work remotely from home. Our families are walking into a brighter future.
Upward Mobility
Grande Center is seeking initial partners in the data processing field to provide strong opportunity for growth. Adults will be trained for entry level work like data labeling. As they progress with their careers, they can complete additional certifications to accelerate earning capacity by learning additional skills.
